We are designated as a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital and are accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health care Organizations. In addition to our acute care hospital we also own and operate two Rural Health Clinics providing walk-in immediate care as well as scheduled appointments for routine medical needs. We are located in the northernmost area of California and are part of a network of care, including Mercy Medical Center Redding and St. Elizabeth Community Hospital in Red Bluff. Responsibility is for a designated time frame. The incumbent will help provide safe, therapeutic care for our patients and assists other members of the healthcare team with providing basic patient care under the direction of an RN.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications :Previous experience as a Unit Coordinator II/Tech or similar position in an acute care facility

Nursing Assistant course and/or patient care experience

Score of 88% on Monitor Technician exam, competent to perform telemetry monitoring (to be obtained within 60 days of hire into the position)

Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
