The incumbent will have exposure to various aspects of business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting within the organization. This position performs other career related responsibilities as assigned.Responsibilities

Works with tools such as SQL, Python, Big Query on Google Cloud platform, Power BI to perform data migration and analysis

Collaborate with the BIA team to gather, clean, and analyze data from diverse sources. Apply statistical and analytical methods to extract meaningful insights and trends.

Assist in data reporting and communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders.

Interpret data findings and provide actionable recommendations that contribute to business strategy and process improvements.

Utilize third party application Striim to migrate data from SQL Server to Google Cloud Platform

Design, develop and test AI solutions critical to customer experience and decision making.

Apply modern engineering techniques that support our business’s planning and problem solving.

Evaluate machine learning and AI solutions to produce actionable recommendations.

Create models that improve data fluency, coherence and voice

Preferences

Possesses strong communication (written/verbal) skills

Demonstrates complex problem solving, cognitive flexibility and computational thinking

Strong analytical mindset and a genuine interest in working with data to uncover insights.

Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, R, or SQL

Experiences on Figma, Photoshop, HTML etc.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be located in the geographic location of the position (Torrance, CA) or willing to relocate yourself

Must be a rising college junior or senior, or recent graduate within the last 24 months

OTHER CRITERIA:Pay Range Estimate: $15.10 - $38.08 per hour.Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
