DutiesWe have a phenomenal and unique opportunity within the Benefits Center of Excellent (COE) team for you to learn and deepen your understanding of how we design, deliver and measure success of our awesome benefits.Our benefits philosophy is to design and deliver inclusive, competitive, and value driven benefits programs thatenable peace of mind and productivity, with strategic balance between experience, scale, and financialstewardship.This role will have first-hand exposure to how the benefit COE team makes this philosophy come alive bysupporting benefits programs across US with primary focus on Health care.

SkillsWe identify the following primary responsibilities for this role. However, the list is not exhaustive as priorities might vary.General support of program management

• Triage "Service Now” tickets to the right program owners; identify themes, resolve cases, and escalateany benefits administration service issues to Rewards Ops or COE team• Be the first point of contact for escalation to the benefits COE team• Coordinate benefits speaker engagement as needed

Health Care

• Acquisitions: Support acquired company medical plan transition (onboarding providers for claim runoff,decommissioning, scheduling webinars and support Q&A sessions).• Open Enrollment: Perform final test OE site after benefit administrator vendor and Rewards Ops signoff. review and update videos, medical rates, healthcare info on select PDF's (Imputed Income, HSA tipsheets, Rewards Guide), help with webinars (scheduling, Q&A)

1• Communications – support with webinars and other communications and content (e.g., ad-hochealth care content review, coordinate birthday card review, vendor customcommunications, Healthcare, Healthcare, HQY microsites)Compliance• Contribute to compliance administration such as non-discrimination testing• Contribute to annual audit of Learning Fund and Flexible Spending Account• Project manage and track annual compliance notices (e.g., SAR, Medicare, HIPAA) and aggregatenotices for employee notification by annual deadlines• Review compliance documents and coordinate with program managers to support any complianceimplementation and posting.• Support legislative requirements such as healthcare transparency, mental health parity (reviewingdocuments, posting mandatory employee notifications, tracking, scheduling)

Required
  • 5 years + experience in US Benefits field• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment• Demonstrate problem solving capabilities while managing escalations and helping Sr. program managersidentify root causes of issues• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders such as Employee Resource Center, payroll,communications, and vendors• Team player with good communication skill and attention to details• Demonstrate desire to grow and learn new things
