Description We are actively seeking a US - Workplace Services Office Coordinator in Culver City, California. This role primarily revolves around office coordination, customer service, and vendor management in a dynamic workplace environment. We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in this role.Responsibilities: Managing the front desk operations, serving as the first point of contact for guests and vendors. Handling incoming and outgoing mail packages, ensuring proper delivery and sorting. Conducting regular office and kitchen walk-throughs to maintain organization and cleanliness. Overseeing the stocking and maintenance of office supplies and kitchen essentials. Assisting in the setup of furniture and AV equipment for various events. Coordinating with different vendors for office services and maintenance. Implementing warehouse management practices for efficient operations. Maintaining a high level of customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries promptly. Processing customer credit applications and maintaining accurate customer records. Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions as needed. Requirements Demonstrated experience in Customer Service Proficiency in using 'About Time' software Familiarity with Warehouse Management systems Proven ability to handle Deliveries and Deliverable tasks Experience in managing Outgoing Mail Packages Solid background in Vendor Management Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines High level of organization and attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common workplace software Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines High school diploma or equivalent required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. ­Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
