User Experience - MASTER Interaction DesignerJob Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a User Experience - MASTER Interaction Designer for a contract position in Oakland, CA. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.Position Summary: Looking for a Behavioral Designer to support the design of multiple solutions that spread, scale, and sustain better health outcomes at the level of the individual, community, and population. The Behavioral Designer will report to the Director of Product Management in the Design Studio. In this role you will work alongside other designers to incorporate research methods as you design programs, pilots, products, and solutions that engage users to determine root cause behavioral challenges that are ripe for change.Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Act as an expert in designing and developing user-centered studies using qualitative and quantitative research techniques using formalized approaches
• Develop strategic frameworks, personas, and full qualitative / quantitative research plans that guide the design throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Define, track, and report key user experience metrics
• Perform data and scientific discovery and analysis to create actionable business insights and recommendations
• Validate ideas and designs using split A/B tests and product performance
• Deliver high-quality user research in an environment with frequently shifting priorities and new innovative opportunities
• Measure recently released product, platform, or solution features to establish benchmarks and to identify potential areas of improvement
• Monitor internal and external research, and data and trends to inform and improve our research methodology and methods

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Requires at least 10 years of prior relevant experience
• Required deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative user research methods
• Required expertise in application of scientific analysis to drive business outcomes
• Desired expertise in psychology or behavioral economics or behavioral insights\
• Desired expertise in experimental and interventional designs
