Description We are seeking a UX Producer to join our team in Torrance, California. This role is crucial to ensuring the User Experience Design Research team operates at peak efficiency. As a UX Producer, you will be tasked with managing the UX workflow, improving team communication, and overcoming obstacles to productivity. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Enhance team communication and collaboration, facilitating the smooth operation of UX initiatives. Manage and improve the UX workflow, including the planning and tracking of UX initiatives. Support UX team objectives and partner with them to evaluate scope and level of effort. Set and enforce timelines, milestones, and schedules, ensuring that all project goals are met. Maintain a backlog of UX demand, helping to prioritize and manage tasks. Identify and remove workflow bottlenecks and barriers, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Propose and implement process improvements to increase UX efficiency. Guide work through design reviews and approvals, ensuring all work meets the required standards. Manage design feedback and communicate program and team status. Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with partners and stakeholders. Drive alignment and collaboration, harmonizing work across UX and cross-functional teams. Facilitate open communication and knowledge sharing across the team and with stakeholders. Conduct retrospectives to ensure continual improvement within the team. Requirements Strong proficiency in UX design and methodologies Demonstrated ability in using R code for data analysis Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent planning and project management abilities Proven experience in hiring processes and team collaboration Solid understanding of Agile Scrum and other Agile methodologies Capable of conducting thorough research and providing workstation support Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and partners Experience in process improvement and program management Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team Knowledge of backlog grooming, triage, and retrospectives Familiarity with Design Thinking principles Skilled in creating timelines and meeting milestones Experience in collaboration and teamwork.
