This individual is responsible for representing the brand across all categories and ensuring that strategic apparel and footwear initiatives are executed to the highest standards. They are responsible for driving a long range plan to fuel growth by developing deep rooted connections, driving our partnership to the future. They will be encouraged to put the consumer first, fueling a digitally led business by driving results across brick and mortar through unique experiences. Ultimately, this individual will be responsible for delivering brand and financial goals and positioning the brand for long term health.How You Will Make a DifferenceWhat you will do:Drive strategic sales growth across Nordstrom Inc.

Cultivate and Deliver Go-To-Market (GTM) processes throughout U.S. Wholesale with a specific focus on apparel and footwear.

Lead Cross Boarder initiatives.

Develop and Fuel business that drives long term strategic growth plans.

Validation of decisions with data driven insights

Keen focus on white space to deliver growth specific to consumer needs

Lead cross functional partnership to deliver next level consumer connectivity

Accelerate with digital first approach.

Fuel business with innovative tactics to unlock digital momentum.

Drive wholesale forecast, keen understanding of account OTB and financial flow, sell in and sell thru metrics needed to propel long term results

Daily communication with Customer Service to track and monitor order entry, order maintenance and shipping.

Management of key account claims, allowances, markdown requests, return to vendor requests and marketing/event expenditures.

How you will do it:This position is fast paced and will be responsible for driving a dynamic wholesale partnership. This person will be a key liaison for connecting sales, merchandising, and marketing to develop a collective vision across the brand that comes to life within our commercial business. 5+ years of experience with Nordstrom and / or premium department stores required.

Travel by air and overnight, as required 35-40% amount of time.

Proven track record for leading and developing and driving game changing initiatives to fuel partnership
