Title: VCF VxRail Specialist

Location: 100% Remote

Must be able to work directly on Apex' W2

Day to Day:
  • VxRail Upgrades
  • Evaluate existing topologies and advise on best practices
  • Troubleshoot VCF, expand, and create new workload domains would be essential
  • Troubleshoot and deploy VCF on VxRail.
  • Create VCF clusters, management and workload domains. And stretch cluster.
  • Resident expected to be self-directed, proactive and able to accomplish tasks with little to no direction
Must Haves:
  • Experience with non VCF as this team also has non VCF clusters to support.
  • VxRail
  • VxRail Upgrades
  • Support open SRs
  • VMWare knowledge, vSphere, vSphere networking and basic NSX.
  • VCF Cluster, management, and workload domains and Stretch Cluster
  • VCV Standard
Nice to Have:
  • would be helpful if they know RP4VM, Vrops, Load balancers like F5 or within NSX.
  • vRealize knowledge is a plus but not required.
