Versailles Cafe and Pastries is looking for an experienced lead line cook to join our team.

Versailles is restaurant concept that focuses on bringing authentic french family cuisine to SD North County. We have a unique offering that combines breakfast/brunch/lunch with handmade french pastries and desserts in a casual cafe environment. Our teams collectively deliver that experience to our customers, from the quality ingredients used on the line to the french speaking front staff.

Successful candidates will have the following qualities:

- Reliable & team player

- Organized and understands what it takes to run a kitchen

- Passionate about serving good food

- 5+ years of experience in a professional kitchen setting

- 2+ years as a Line Lead in a restaurant

- Able to work 5 days per week, including Saturday and Sunday

- Likes to learn new techniques, and highlight creations as weekly specials.
