Veterinary Technician Relief

Looking for Relief Vet Techs Credentialed or Non CredentialedVCA Animal Medical and Dental Group in beautiful Manhattan Beach, CA is a great place to work and learn! We are looking for smiling faces with compassionate, exceptional, and superior client service skills and with "Can Do" attitudes.Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The pay range starts at 30 – 34 per hour.Essential job expectations including, but not limited to:

Venipuncture

Catheter placement

Radiology

Anesthesia monitoring

Physical examinations and patient assessment

Surgical preparation and assisting

Dentistry

Laboratory work

Pharmacy

Patient recovery

Compassionate care for hospitalized patients

Must have documented previous Animal Hospital experience

Hold a current California RVT license

Must have surgery and dentistry experience

Customer service skills including Phone skills

Working knowledge of computers

Excellent communications skills

Team player willing to learn new techniques and treatments
