The VP of North America Marketing will report to the Chief Marketing Officer. We are looking for a top-notch marketer who is also a multiplier leader with passion, authenticity, great communication skills, and a strong relationship builder who has the ability to drive excellence in strategic planning and execution. Drive business growth through disruptive marketing strategies including Direct Marketing, Channel Marketing, Account Based Marketing, and Digital Programs to deliver on the pipeline, bookings, customer experience, and brand outcomes, while continuously optimizing and improving results

Partner closely with our CMO, sales leadership and other functional leaders to drive a growth marketing revolution in our industry—implementing agile marketing strategies to achieve “revops” and continuous integration/delivery of marketing programs using data/insights-driven approaches and actionable insights

Drive and influence campaign & program strategies to ensure the optimal marketing mix, balancing direct/channel/ABM/digital

Execute on direct, channel, ABM, and digital marketing programs with excellence that creates differentiated customer engagement and experiences, setting us apart from our competitors in offering them a true omni-channel customer experience

Build a regional growth marketing operation that can scale yet maintain focus on key GTM and business priorities - Can strategically invest in developing emerging markets to align with market penetration/acceleration priorities, ensuring budget/resources are properly aligned with the needs of the business, pivoting in an agile manner as needed

Manage America's marketing budget and program performance to ensure achievement of business targets while staying within budget

Hire, build, and grow a team of A-player marketers who can embrace change, be disruptive, and blaze trails with modern marketing, always looking to push boundaries and move the needle

Continue to build/coach the team on their journey to become data & insights-driven marketers who act as strategic partners for sales, rather than just tactical executors

Your Experience

Over 15 years of leadership experience in directing marketing organizations, including managing teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional collaboration, preferably within a large-scale tech company

Proven executive-level leadership for over 5 years, adept at navigating complex organizational structures and fostering collaboration

Track record of driving excellence, setting clear goals aligned with business priorities, and developing team members

Strong understanding of funnel metrics and strategies to improve conversion rates, resulting in increased marketing-sourced pipeline and bookings

Inclusive communication skills to ensure diverse voices are heard and empowered within the team and organization

Ability to break through organizational boundaries, foster collaboration, and build positive relationships at multiple levels

Capable of articulating the big picture, identifying opportunities and threats through comprehensive trend analysis

Experience in generating innovative approaches to problem-solving, challenging the status quo, and consistently seeking opportunities to innovate and improve

Willingness to travel as necessary

Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, marketing, or technology preferred or equivalent military experience required

For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be between $224,400/yr to $363,000/yr.
