As a fast-growing fintech company, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales organization and drive revenue growth. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and will play a critical part in scaling our business.What You’ll DoSales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute a scalable, repeatable sales strategy aligned with PayNearMe’s growth objectives.Identify new market opportunities, key customer segments, and expansion strategies to accelerate revenue growth.Establish and manage a predictable and data-driven sales process, ensuring efficiency and high conversion rates.Drive the adoption of structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger) to optimize deal execution.Leadership & Team DevelopmentRecruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous learning.Implement best practices in sales coaching, performance management, and career development to retain top talent.Set clear goals, KPIs, and incentive structures that align with company objectives and motivate the team.Revenue Growth & Market ExpansionOwn and optimize the sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets to ensure sustained growth.Expand PayNearMe’s presence in key verticals and build strategic partnerships that drive long-term value.Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Client Success to enhance demand generation, product positioning, and client retention.Customer & Partner EngagementBuild and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key customers, industry stakeholders, and partners.Ensure a seamless sales-to-customer experience, working closely with Client Success to drive adoption and retention.Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to inform sales decisions and competitive positioning.
