Pay Range

$104,220 - $134,976 Annually for the 383.1 level

Video and Production AV Tech. The successful candidate will be helping to plan, coordinate, and produce both live streaming and video events. This position is in the Information Technology Services (ITS) Division within the Workforce Enablement (WE) Program in the Computing Directorate.

You will
  • Work with a team to run event audio visual production workstreams, including live streaming via Webex, MS Teams, and MS Stream.
  • Utilize best practices to drive execution in the pre and postproduction of assigned projects.
  • Work side by side with a technical team to deliver results.
  • Work with a team to provide videographic guidance and manage technical execution of events including preparation, pre-checklist, design, layout, equipment, production execution, postproduction evaluation/follow-up.
  • Work with internal colleagues to produce proposal decks and activation/execution guides.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Ability to secure and maintain a U.S. DOE Q-level security clearance which requires U.S. citizenship
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Editing, Multimedia, Videography or related field, or equivalent combination of education and related extensive experience in editing, writing, and scripting or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and previous relevant experience.
  • Highly advanced experience in directing, producing, or working with a team to execute video and/or live events.
  • Advanced knowledge of and experience in video production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects and others (or equivalent, such as Final Cut Pro).
  • Advanced experience in videography and audio recording.
  • Proven success in working effectively and collaboratively with team members and all levels of staff and management.
  • Must be willing to work irregular hours.

Security Clearance
