Lockheed Martin Space is looking for a visual media professional at our campus in Sunnyvale, CA to capture and catalog high-resolution photographs of hardware parts and circuit card assemblies to support our Electronics Production organization. You will also have opportunities to showcase your creative skills in 2D, 3D, and video on project teams to produce visual communications deliverables. As part of a dynamic and energetic team, you will be relied upon to balance multiple projects, demonstrate strong conceptual and analytical skills, planning abilities, and sound judgment.This role will offer you the following daily challenges: Capturing high-resolution digital photographs of hardware parts, circuit card assemblies and modules at various stages of production process Cataloging and archiving photographs that will be delivered as part of the build data for each assembly Capturing and editing product, portrait and event photography Supporting 2D, 3D, video and webcast projects from concept development through deliveryThis position is in one of the Coolest places to work: Sunnyvale, CABasic Qualifications:To be successful, you will need to possess these basic qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Master's degree. Two years of field experience with DSLR cameras, lighting, composition, flashes and strobes Two years of field experience with video cameras and related gear including audio equipment (boom, lav and associated gear) and stabilization gear (dolly, sliders and hand-held) Two years of experience with photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Bridge, Lightroom) Two years of experience with video editing and animation software (e.g., Adobe CC suite: Premiere, AfterEffects, Audition, Media Encoder) Portfolio demonstrating portrait, product and event photography Portfolio demonstrating 2D, 3D or video projectsDesired Skills:To be successful, ideally, you should also have: Exceptional client management and organization skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple deadlines. Experience in technical photography or webcasting Experience with creative development process including concepting, storyboarding, scripting Experience with digital asset management tools (e.g., Bridge, Cumulus).
