Visual Merchandising Operations Coordinator

The Visual Merchandising Operations Coordinator will support the global visual teams/ Point of Purchase (POP) operations work flow and the shipping and logistics of display merchandise.  In collaboration with the Visual Merchandising Team and Global Distribution Centers, Shipping and Receiving, Imports and Exports, Allocations, and Data Entry, this position will work to provide efficient communication and maintenance of operations systems and documents to help keep the Visual Merchandising Team on track and progressing forward.ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS:Provide accurate and concise delivery logistics informationTrack and ensure on-time delivery of shipmentsCreate/update Purchase Orders as neededSet-up all new POP styles in Purchase Order system (Peoplesoft)Maintain/update POP Master CatalogMaintain/update PO Work In Progress (WIP) reportFirst point of contact for all vendors to provide shipping instructions and packaging directionFirst point of contact for all vendors to maintain shipping scheduleProcess Booking Reports in SmartviewCreate New POP Memos for internal distribution and Sales TeamUpdate receiver report for the International teamUpdate monthly POP menu summary reportsOrder POP through Data Entry as neededCreate and manage style lists and set-up (Garpac & Compass)Create and process Auto Shipments to support accounts with new initiativesManage maintenance of the POP item display on internal website (itsthes.com)Format and distribute Inventory Reports for global Distribution CentersADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare reports as neededAttend meetings as neededAttend sales conference as needed (local)SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:No.
