Voice Infrastructure engineer- Remote

Role 1:Skill level :Administrator role trouble-shooting private wires (automatic ring down circuits), front room support to include MACD activity which is inclusive of private wires adds/deletes, tv audio, touch turret deployment and basic troubleshooting. Hours needed:M-F - available at 6:00 AM Pacific to 3:00PM Pacific and may require additional support hours for APAC and EU. Currently, 1 year engagement. Components to support:Touch Turrets Nice RecordingNTR six servers integrated with Cisco NTR two servers integrated with Unigy Blue Wave only on Unigy side for reconciliation interface between trading and Compass. Compass is a monitoring tool to ensure compliance of recorded calls. MIFID in Europe.ACCM - EU and APCCMs- US Media gateways NA - connectivity to TV audioMedia gateway EU and AP used for E1's Role 2:Skill level :Level II or III role that has worked with Cisco Telephony and Suite of Unified Communication products. Hours needed:M-F - generally 8:00 AM Pacific to 5:00PM Pacific will require after-hour support for applying patching, upgrades, certificate management etc. Currently, 1 year engagement.
