W2 $20.00hour + Commission CSR Role

We are looking for aggressive, skilled, and seasoned phone sales reps.

MUST HAVE/BE ABLE TO:

Work in our office in Westlake Village Monday - Friday (ZERO REMOTE WORK PERIOD)

Must be trainable and coachable

Must speak fluent English (if fully bilingual in Spanish, you can earn an extra monthly bonus)

Must be tech savvy

Must know how to use a CRM system for dialing calls

Must be able to make 120-150 calls per day

No smoking, including vape, inside office, period

Hours:

Monday - Thursday 8:00am to 4:00pm and Friday 8:00am to 12 noon

Pay:

$20.00 an hour plus commission on sales plus bonus

Cash prize for each deal closed as well
