Vector Apparel Projects is a Los Angeles–based apparel development and manufacturing partner working with premium and emerging brands. We specialize in development products and design, cut-and-sew production, garment dye, and full-package services. Our warehouse is tightly integrated with production — this is not a retail fulfillment environment.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Apparel Warehouse & Shipping Coordinator to manage inbound/outbound materials and garments as well as support production flow. This role is hands-on and works closely with production, dye houses, cutters, and local vendors. It is ideal for someone who understands apparel manufacturing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare shipments for clients, vendors, and dye houses

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming fabric, trims, garments, and supplies

Prepare and sort garments for garment dye processing

Track inventory and assist with regular cycle counts

Maintain organized fabric and trim storage systems

Coordinate local pickups and deliveries as needed

Support production and operations teams to meet daily timelines

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an APPAREL warehouse (cut-and-sew, dye, or production environment)

Strong understanding of packing, receiving and shipping

Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

Able to work in a fast-paced production setting

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local pickups/deliveries)

Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Comfortable standing and moving throughout the day

Warehouse environment with varying temperatures

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $18.50–$25.00/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Full-time | 40–50 hours/week
