We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to coordinate our warehousing facility based in Irvine CA as a seasonal helper for a short term ( 1 3 months), be responsible for shipping assignments with wholesale and retail daily logistics assignments with E-commerce channels dropship fulfillment, overseeing the day to day operations as well as setting the right processes and practices across our facility. We are looking for an effective candidate who excels at using proven methods to streamline operations, implement cost containment and increase productivity. The Candidate must be an assertive and enthusiastic individual who is suited to working autonomously in a fast paced and competitive environment, who can clearly communicate with all levels and functions of an organization to achieve company objective. This Candidate will be responsible for the day to day operations of our warehouse facility which includes but not limited to: managing and executing the daily shipping assignments, Picking & Packing to process daily orders through "ShipStation" ( print the Pack Slip and Shipping Labels), allocating the daily shipment tasks, warehouse organizing and items relocating, dispatch and receivable logistics, stocktake, change packing conditions, quality check and repack, process returns, update the data to the warehouse (inventory management) system, inventory counting and organizing, etc.

Responsibilities:

Manage and fulfill warehouse daily tasks, such as daily order picking & packing, returns processing, restocks relocating, inventory management and data updating.

Execute, optimize and coordinates full order fulfillment cycle.

Overall responsibilities for Shipping/ Receiving /VAS projects, knowledgeable of USPS, UPS, FedEx & DHL shipping methods, rates and policies.

Forecasting warehouse inventory levels and managing workflow, using a warehouse management system and other available info sources.

Monitor daily orders, shipment and warehouse supplies, to ensure adequate inventory levels and supplies that support sales demands, daily operations and business objectives.

Safeguarding assets such as ensuring inventory is maintained accurately.

Ensuring the integrity of the system; correct batches are shipped, the accuracy of orders shipments and receipts.

Managing warehouse equipment and in charge of maintenances and promoting a safe work environment.

Quote freight rate for different items and categories via different shipping method.

Manage freight expenses and approve invoices/freight bills for payment.

Supervise the proper routing, loading and preparing orders for shipment and delivery.

Other non-essential job duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

Associate, High School or GDE degree preferred.

Must be able to operate Microsoft office software such as Word and Excel.

Must be knowledgeable and proficient with Ship Station operation system.

3-5 years of Warehouse Operations & Shipping experiences are must.

Excellent communication skills of verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Accurate & precise on counting and calculating.

Must demonstrate exemplary detailed record-keeping skills.

Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Must demonstrate excellent time management skills.

Professional telephone communication skills and active listening.

Ability to work autonomously.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as CBM, daily shipping rate, daily efficiency, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.

Must have a valid driver's license.

An optimistic attitude, and attention to detail are required.

Must be held accountable to performance goals.

Tax return Form is applied with W-9 ( 1099 ) .
