Eastridge Workforce Solutions is now hiring for a Warehouse Forklift Operator in the Poway area.

Hours: Must be flexible to train between 5am-130pm or 6am-230pm. Regular schedule will be 830am-5pm

Pay $22/hr

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise within the warehouse. This position ensures orders are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts and other equipment to load, unload, move, and stack products.

Perform shipping and receiving duties: inspect incoming shipments, verify counts, and report discrepancies.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.

Maintain accurate inventory by following proper storage procedures and conducting cycle counts.

Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure safety and efficiency.

Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times.

Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.

Requirements

Valid forklift certification preferred and proven forklift operating experience.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Basic math and inventory skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
