As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding a warehouse team while ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, productive, and organized warehouse environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting, are tech-savvy, and have leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.

Use an RF scanner to track inventory, monitor orders, and update system reports.

Ensure accurate computer-based reporting for inventory, shipping, and receiving operations.

Monitor and enforce safety standards to maintain a safe work environment at all times.

Train and mentor new team members, providing guidance and support for their development.

Lead by example with great work ethic and high attendance standards.

Resolve operational issues, troubleshoot problems, and communicate effectively with management.

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 9 hours at one time
