Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

About This Job:

This is an hourly Full-Time position – (Mon-Fri 7am-3pm ($16/hr) during 2 month training period, then $18/hr once training is completed. After the first two months Commission can be earned by upselling services like Ink Fingerprint Cards or Passport photos and TSA Precheck. Your main role will be to work as an educated and tactfully interactive and supportive team member. You’ll help the team to navigate through our heavy daily client schedule and to perform a variety of functions related to fingerprinting and customer service. This position is 50% personality and 50% knowledge and execution.
