We are a design and build firm looking for our next long term employee.

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Superintendent who is bilingual in English and Spanish to oversee daily field operations for a few residential new construction/remodel projects and ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. The ideal candidate is experienced in residential construction, understands how to work closely with designers and architects, and has a strong eye for quality control and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

-Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure schedule, safety, and quality standards are met

-Act as the primary field liaison between construction crews, project managers, architects, and designers

-Communicate clearly and effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking teams

-Enforce and maintain high-quality craftsmanship and construction standards

-Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and workflow

-Review plans and specifications with design teams and ensure they are followed accurately

-Address field issues in real-time with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset

-Maintain site cleanliness, security, and safety protocols

- Bilingual preferred (spanish & english)
