Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled HVAC & Refrigeration Installation Tech to join our team. This position is temporary with the opportunity to join our team full time. You must be willing to travel for out of town jobs. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC and Refrigeration systems in both commercial and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience with HVAC/R systems, and the ability to interpret schematics and HVAC design plans.

Pay Rate: 20-30an hour, depending on candidates experience

(30-40 hours a week)

Employment Requirements:

Valid Drivers License

Clean Driving Record

2-3 Years of HVAC experience

Must be willing to travel

Clean Record/ No Prior Felonies

(We provide our service to multiple school districts which will require the applicant to have a clean record/ no prior felonies)

Duties:

Install new HVAC/ Refrigeration systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and ventilation equipment according to specifications and schematics

Read and interpret technical schematics, HVAC/R design plans, and wiring diagrams

Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC/R installations and repairs

Weld components as needed for system assembly or repair

Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and building codes

Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and parts used

Experience:

A valid drivers license is required

Proven experience as a service technician and installer in HVAC/R

Knowledge of mechanical systems including refrigeration, air conditioning, and HVAC/R systems

Familiarity with schematics, HVAC/R design principles, and electrical wiring diagrams

Mechanical knowledge related to equipment installation, welding, and general maintenance procedures

Field service experience working on-site at residential and commercial properties

Prior experience with refrigeration systems installation is highly desirable

Additional certifications in HVAC/R are a plus
