As a Web Coordinator/Analyst , your specific responsibilities will include:

Provide first-level support: Manage Tech Support tickets as well as help & feedback submissions. Monitor inbox requests; resolve customer support issues or forward to other team members as appropriate.

Login/account administration including legacy or other systems as appropriate, and QA accounts for business owner access to their intranet content.

Work with content owners to implement content changes and new content requests on intranet microsites using content publishing tools (Classic and Modern SharePoint) and industry best practices.

Partner with CMS Product Managers to build out new sites based on approved UX mocks/wireframes.

Work with content owners and web developers to develop SharePoint sites, lists, surveys and workflows.

Prioritize web updates, web automation and new microsite requests.

Manage documentation process and publishing (SharePoint).

Partner with manager and business leaders to manage homepage news.

Partner with CMS Product Managers to prepare web stats, search logs, trend reports and provide the business content management recommendations or alternatives for improving content usage.

Establish and deploy a redundant quality assurance process for new and reoccurring web trend reports: Web Trends, Usage Reports, Stats, Search Logs, 0 Hits Reports, etc.

Stay up-to-date on latest HTML and CSS web trends and development standards.

Work on new projects, from microsite creation to migration to new platform.

Participate in cross-functional meetings, as needed, to interview a designated group of field or corporate users (focus groups) to understand and address their intranet needs.

Assist with user research, user testing, and documentation, UAT, surveys, interviews, card sorting, etc.

Assist in testing and implementation of new and modified systems, and with user test plans and schedules.

Participate in review of technology and design options and participate in user feedback sessions.

Contribute to ongoing process improvement and web automation efforts.

Work with business owners, partners and stakeholders to develop web automation robots that streamline business processes and eliminate manual processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associate’s degree or proven work experience required.

Project Management or Web Development certification is a plus.

1+ years’ experience supporting an enterprise business system is preferred.

Good understanding front to back of a company’s operational flow.

Working knowledge of MS Office products.

Working knowledge of RH business technology systems.

Experience with enterprise applications, especially Exchange, SharePoint and AD a plus.

Experience using content management software, especially Classic and Modern SharePoint a plus.

Superior oral/written communication skills.

Demonstrated time and project management skills.

Understanding of customer service and/or technical support service.

Demonstrated customer service abilities.

Strong interpersonal skills that will enable this position to work well with key stake holders; team organization skills.

Ability to interact and communicate with customers of varying levels of expertise.

The typical hourly pay rate for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location.$24.04 - $36.06Benefits are available to contract/temporary professionals, including medical, vision, and dental, and life and disability insurance.
