Website Manager and Web Developer

Location: Hidden Hills, CA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Website Manager and Web Developer Key Responsibilities: •Responsible for overall website traffic growth and lead generation. Develops and delivers HIPAA compliant strategies in order to target, educate and convert PAD patients. •Strategic Vision for website design, communication elements, structure, AB Testing, functionality and content. •Manages analytics and optimizes campaigns and initiatives based on data. Responsible for GA tracking and delivering KPI growth against target audience and geographies. Reports back progress vs. goals monthly and makes recommendations for improvement. Plans for shift to GA4. •Responsible for SEO strategy, execution and organic growth across all digital properties. Recommends content strategy for building authority and awareness. •Oversees our Digital acquisition agencies contributing to AB testing and new acquisition tool testing. Makes digital spending recommendations. •Responsible for optimizing direct to consumer digital acquisition efforts including overall spend strategy, conversion to consult, jot forms and best practices. •Bring new organization growth ideas to the table for testing. •Responsible for B2B digital strategy including driving content consumption and thought leadership within the medical community. •Build our website's meaningful backlink network. •Oversee digital directories and keeping GMB, Facebook, and other pages up to date and optimized. •Assist with oversight of digital events/webinars and digital properties including landing pages and feeder website development. •Oversee all website updates to stay current with technology and optimize functionality; keep content fresh. Provides all necessary web development to keep digital properties current. Stays compliant with changing laws and digital oversight. •All other digital marketing projects as assigned e.g. recruitment pages, feeder website(s), guest blogging opportunities, promoted content Minimum qualifications: •Full stack word press developer. •Extensive HTML/CSS/PHP/Javascript/Jotform competency •Experience managing and optimizing UX and CRO •Strong SEO skills both technical and strategic •GA and Adwords certified preferred but not required •Experience overseeing agencies and outside resources is a plus •Strong communications skills; Works well in a team environment •Previous ownership for website management at a health care company a big plus •Graphic Design experience a plus
