Weekend Leasing Agent for Hollywood High Rise $23-$25/hr + Commission

Seeking a weekend Leasing Agent for our 100 unit Hollywood High Rise! Must have 2 years leasing experience.

Responsibilities include:

-Showing vacant units to prospective tenants

-Updating marketing for vacant units

-Process invoices as needed

-Instruct building maintenance as per Property Manager's guidelines when necessary

-Enforce building rules and regulations as needed and when instructed by Property Manager

-Positive attitude and excellent customer skills are a must

Requirements:

-1-2 years experience leasing luxury apartments

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office

-General Admin Skills

-Organizational Skills

This position works Fri/Sat/Sun from 9am-5pm. Training schedule TBD.
