Wholesale warehouse distributor looking for staff multiple positions

We are a new wholesale/retail distributor of hardwood flooring and kitchen cabinetry launching operations in the Los Angeles market. Our mission: deliver high-volume, low-cost products with outstanding customer service. We’re building a dynamic team to help us grow quickly and efficiently, and we’re looking for experienced, motivated professionals ready to roll up their sleeves in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment.

Open Roles

General Office Staff – Assist with day-to-day operations, invoicing, scheduling, and organizational support.

Will Call / Warehouse Support – Help customers with order pickup, ensure smooth warehouse operations, coordinate shipping/receiving.

Inside Sales – Engage with customers, build relationships, provide product knowledge, and drive sales from the showroom/office.

Outside Sales – Call on contractors, designers, builders, and retailers; expand accounts; grow our footprint in the LA market.

Customer Support – Provide top-tier service, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive experience from first contact to delivery.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in flooring, cabinetry, construction supply, or related fields is highly preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Team players with a “customer-first” mindset.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Reliable, proactive, and able to thrive in a high-volume environment.
