• Experienced Systems Engineer with 7-10 years of system administration/engineering experience both on-prem and cloud.
• Solid hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016 operating systems and services including AD, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SFTP, NLB, NPS.
• Excellent in-depth troubleshooting skills around application and VDI performance running Windows 10 OS.
• Experience in Windows upgrades, deployment, and support.
• Experience in virtualization operations using AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop), VMware vSphere, ESXi 6.x and VMWare Horizon View.
• Expert knowledge in Azure IaaS
• Experience in administering O365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
• Knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and automated patching procedures.
• Scripting and automation experience
• Well rounded knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VLAN, routing, firewalls, etc.).
• Need to have a security first mindset and applies security best practices.
• Experience in F5 load balancer.
• Experience in disaster recovery planning, high-availability, backup, recovery, and continuity solutions.
• Systems operations monitoring, alerting and remediation.
• Excellent team player – proven ability to resolve problems professionally and systematically.
