Wine Geek or Sommelier - Tasting Room & Hospitality Manager

Hip natural wine and beverage company looking to hire an experienced wine person. No degree required, just a demonstrated passion for wine and food. The job will entail on site (Ventura County) management of our tasting room, managing employees, staff training, customer service and customer experience, customer education, event booking and management, restocking of supplies, inventory management and those sorts of responsibilities. You would have help from the winemaker, owners and marketing team and definitely would become and integal part of the company.
