Women Clothing/Shoes Shipper/Inventory Associate (1099, W2, F/T)

Title: Inventory Manager / Shipper – Warehouse (Oakland)

About Us:

We are Daily Refinement, a high-volume retail liquidation and live-stream selling business. We process thousands of items weekly, including clothing, shoes, accessories, and collectibles. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to oversee inventory management and shipping operations.

Responsibilities:

Spanish speaking preferred, but not required.

Receive, count, and organize incoming pallets and shipments

Pull and pack customer orders quickly and correctly

Create and print shipping labels (UPS/USPS/FedEx)

Manage warehouse organization to keep aisles, racks, and product areas efficient

Monitor inventory levels and communicate restock needs

Lead and train team members on proper packing and inventory processes

Help ensure daily shipping deadlines are met

Requirements:

Prior warehouse, inventory, or shipping/receiving experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to lift 20–30 lbs and work on your feet

Basic computer skills (printing labels, spreadsheets, email)

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team

Possible Schedules:

Full-time, Mon–Fri, 6am–2:30pm PST or 1:30PM-10PM PST. Sat and Sunday, I'm also looking for part-time team-members.

Pay: $20/hr, F/T.
