Contract Senior Business Analyst who has worked on highly complex initiatives

Experience with supporting full lifecycle deployments especially enterprise-level HR and Finance systems (such as Workday and ADP), and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and their integrations·
Background in in the Pharma/Biotech Industry is a plus
Possess GREAT communication skills (these projects require daily communications with a variety of global stakeholders)
The candidates need to be high-energy, positive attitude, flexible, team-player, self-directed, adaptable (lots of change) forward thinking (proactive), able to manage within uncertainty
Exemplary communication skills that build & establish business relationships
Outstanding ability to manage relationships and balance customer, project, organization, and team needs to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
Excellent consultative skills and ability to communicate effectively across varied stakeholder audiences, including senior organizational leaders
Proven ability to work with minimal guidance, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstance
Proven aptitude to adapt to changes
Possesses strong communication skills and is savvy working with both technology and business partners across the organization in a collaborative way
Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of IT functions and services
