As part of the HR Technology team within HR Operations, you will be a key contributor and will have the opportunity to work with all HR functions and IT teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.This is a Remote position - work can be performed anywhere in the U.S excluding Hawaii and the U.S. Territories.This position is virtual which means the work can be completed 100% remote anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories.Key Responsibilities:Workday Recruiting Technical ArchitectDeep understanding of Workday functionality for Recruiting (Talent/Performance/Compensation/HCM/Payroll supported by other Leads)
Design, Configure, and Administer Workday Recruiting. Technical expert for Workday Recruiting Business Processes including hands-on configuration and testing. Knowledge of recruiting security design and roles including related to business processes and reporting.
Deep understanding of HR data, and global employee data privacy
Design, Configure, Test and Deploy changes, including new release testing
Partner with IT Integrations, HR Shared Services, Payroll, PMO, Analytics, Finance & other key stakeholder groups as needed for operational support, governance, data analysis and projects
Own Workday change governance for Recruiting within Workday
Serve as primary resource for Recruiting production support responsibilities
Support end user training needs around training content building and expert input during training sessions
Workday System OverviewUS Foods has implemented Workday HCM, Recruiting & Payroll. HCM Core implementation includes Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Performance and Talent management. Absence Management with Time Tracking currently being implemented with rollout planned in phases.
You will work with the Recruiting functional team owners to understand new requirements, perform analysis, design, configuration, testing and production implementation
Create and/or support the creation of user documentation and training
Develop a deep understanding of complex enterprise-wide data and interdependencies, including those with reporting and downstream integrations
Rotational production support responsibilities with team members
Workday release analysis and testingThis role will own the weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual update management adoption process related to Recruiting including testing coordination as appropriate of all opt-in and mandatory release items.
Support all Workday projects, partner with IT organization and ensure process adherence
Process Expertise
Create and document process documentation
Communicate processes to HR and IT Administrative teams
Coordinate with functional / regional HR leaders as needed
Qualifications:Bachelor or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience. A degree in a HR or IT discipline is preferred.
8+ years of HR Technology experience, 5+ years' experience with Workday including 2 years of Recruiting administration, preferably in a large complex organization.
Ideal candidate will be Workday PRO certified.
Experience implementing and/or supporting Workday HCM, with a focus on Recruiting.
Functional knowledge of all HCM modules (e.g., Compensation, Talent, Recruiting/Onboarding, Self-Service, etc.).
Prior experience with Legacy systems, including PeopleSoft HCM, Taleo and various CRM platforms preferred
Experience with Workday reporting (creating and modifying reports) and analytics a plus.
Excellent understanding of HR business practices and how they relate to and are incorporated into HCM systems.
Expertise of information technology dependencies and working with IT teams.
Expertise in creating test plans and testing HCM and other HR systems
Demonstrated experience handling sensitive employee data (data privacy) and confidential materials.
Efficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and various presentation and corporate collaboration tools.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal, team building, leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently or with teams, highly motivated to achieve results.
Work with geographically dispersed organizations in a multi-cultural environment.
Ability to multi-task and to take on new and unfamiliar assignments.
The following information is provided in accordance with the Colorado Pay Equity Act. Compensation depends on experience, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. In Colorado, the expected compensation for this role is between $107,450 - 138,150, but may very by state.
