Description:Provide support to account managers for the servicing of workers compensation policies. The Assistant Workers Comp Admin —Property & Casualty is primarily responsible for supporting your assigned account manager which includes data analysis and data entry, prooing documents for accuracy and review and processing of correspondence from brokers/carriers/insured customers. Overview of Responsibilities Downloading and documenting all correspondence issued by carriers to the individual customer profiles within the internal Agency Management System Proo policy documents for accuracy including new business/renewal policies, endorsements, invoices, cancellations/reinstatements, finals audits, etc. Sending all necessary correspondence directly to the subagent/ insured/carriers and documenting the individual customer profile in the internal Agency Management System accordingly Create, update, and maintain new/existing data entry in Customer Profile within the Agency Management System & GAIT Create and issue documentation specific to individual customers including Insurance Binders and Certificates upon request Request and update new/existing licensing information in the Agency Management System for new/existing Sub-Agents Review and issue all mail correspondence to appropriate parties Make note of potential system and workflow enhancements and communicate to supervisor for consideration Responsible for completing commission spreadsheets for finance on a monthly basis. Review renewal quote under $2,500 in premium for accuracy and create renewal proposal to send to the agent.
