Workforce Planning Manager

This role is focused on enhancing business results by delivering workforce insights, crafting evidence-based workforce strategies, and developing driver-based headcount plans alongside business leaders. This high-visibility role requires strategic thinking, deep expertise in planning, strong stakeholder relationships, and effective project delivery.Your ImpactSupport executive leaders and their teams with workforce planning for their organizations, translating business requirements into workforce strategiesFacilitate the annual headcount planning process and evaluate ad hoc requests for new headcountIdentify new types of roles that will enable teams to achieve shifting business requirementsDiscover the drivers of work and develop models that describe how teams should scale as business requirements expandDevelop and launch evidence-based workforce strategies to increase workforce efficiency, remove hiring roadblock or solve other business challengesEnable leaders to understand and manage their workforce resources by developing and delivering reports and insightsPartners with all teams (Recruiting, Finance, HR, and other cross-functional partners) to develop and execute strategiesDemonstrate judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data
