As a Workplace Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workplace, with a strong emphasis on managing technology-related responsibilities

Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers for facility-related tasks

Manage office supplies, furniture, and equipment inventory

Support office supply, culinary and maintenance logistics

Coordinate services such as catering, janitorial, and security as necessary

Support of in office events, celebrations and wellbeing initiatives

Assist in the coordination and performance of our facilities support vendors

Collaborate with vendors to schedule on-site repairs and maintenance appointments

Requirements

Strong Excel skills for tracking

Strong inventory management

Ability to move items and break down boxes

ability to stock items
