WPF/.NET/ C# Software Engineer

Please note that this is a 6 months contract position. This position cannot be completely remote and so we are looking for candidates who can come on-site at least 3 days/week once at Santa Clara site.Emphasis on “Experience in instrument control software, expertise in Microsoft .Net framework, C#, Object oriented programming”This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a self-starter, innovative, and passionate about delivering world-class instrument software, and likes to work in a fast-paced environment. As the successful candidate for this software development engineering position, you will join an exciting team, working on built-in intelligence for instrument control.Job Responsibilities:The responsibilities of this position include:Designing, developing, documenting and testing instrument control software.Work as part of a Scrum team - can work independently as well as in a team setting.Translation of market requirements into a software architecture and module designs.Incorporate leading edge User interface technologies into our software products.Bachelors or Master Degree in Computer, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or relevant field.At least 5 years experience in designing and developing applications using Microsoft Technologies and .NET FrameworkExcellent technical communication skillsExperience with Object-Oriented Design, MVVM Design patternsExperience with Multi-thread programming.Experience with instrumentation control is highly desirableExperience with WPF GUI development is a plusExperience with microservice with REST API is a plusExperience with Web Application is a plusExperience in Agile Software Development Practices is a plusApplicants must provide their phone number.
