XRail Administrator

Responsibilities:Support the operation, deployment, upgrades, and on-call for the Xrails service. For our client, Xrails is a proxy service that routes device and service requests to other services/devices. This is a mission critical service.

• Ensure the optimal running of the Xrails service
• Perform weekly upgrades and deployments of Xrails across the company
• Support customers/service onboarding into Xrails (internal only)
• Support incidents by being oncall for Xrails (looking at a 24hour support coverage)

• Experience with NGINX is very beneficial
• Understanding of how to operate load balancers, proxies, and routing is preferred
• Experience with our clients ecosystem is very helpful.
• Any Java and oncall experience is a plus.
