Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Account Manager in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is primarily in the healthcare industry and involves transforming traditional physician practices into a membership-based model. The Account Manager will also be tasked with growing our current concierge physician practices, and will frequently interact with patients through various mediums.Responsibilities: Communicate the benefits of the membership model to prospective members accurately and convincingly. Provide comprehensive support to patients throughout their transition into members, including decision support, onboarding, answering queries, and consistent follow-up. Serve as a crucial point of contact for members and practice staff for conversion-related inquiries, both on-site and remotely. Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. Conduct regular meetings with corporate staff and practice staff regarding conversion efforts. Plan and host events for members and potential members to generate leads and drive membership sales. Build strong, lasting relationships with prospective and current members. Utilize various accounting software systems for processing customer credit applications and maintaining accurate customer credit records. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status. Use ADP - Financial Services and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for various accounting and billing functions. Requirements Proficiency in 3M and ADP - Financial Services Experience with Accounting Software Systems and About Time Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Strong skills in CRM and Accounting Functions Understanding of Billing Functions and Budget Processes Expertise in Campaign Planning Previous experience as an Account Manager Ability to work effectively in a team Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong time management and organizational abilities Proven ability to meet and exceed targets and goals Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
