Job Description

  • Cross-sell the entire Freshworks suite of products to the existing customers in your territory
  • Tier your accounts and prospect into them via tailored and relevant outreach campaigns (social, email and cold calling)
  • Build, develop and manage your sales pipeline
  • Be the Trusted Advisor to the customer, going the extra mile to ensure they are productive and happy with the services we provide them
  • Lead and communicate effectively with other departments such as customer success, marketing and pre-sales throughout your tenure
  • Travel to customer locations and marketing events as needed
  • Commit to continuous improvement and constant learning

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience managing complex "lead to close" sales cycles; preferably in a high-velocity software sales environment with a focus on managing existing customers (Farmer or Account Management roles)
  • Experienced in Value Selling and other key sales methodologies (Sandler, Challenger Sale, BASHOetc)
  • Domain knowledge in the field of SaaS, CSM, CRM or ITSM is highly desirable
  • Consistent overachievement of sales goals in a geographic territory selling complex software solutions
  • Customer-oriented, extraordinary communication skills, high curiosity and an eagerness to learn are must-have traits
  • 4-year university degree required (Bachelor's)

Relocation to the Denver area is available.

Base Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000

Variable Pay or Commission Range: $65,000-$75,000
