Account Supervisor

Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for an Account Supervisor based in the greater Colorado Springs area. This role involves strategic leadership and managing multi-disciplinary projects across various sectors. The Account Supervisor will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth running of processes and the achievement of business goals. Responsibilities: Oversee financial health of the account, ensuring profitability and growth. Provide strategic direction that aligns with client business objectives. Foster and maintain strong relationships with various individuals on the client side. Identify and pursue areas of opportunity to ensure growth and development. Stay updated on the client's business and industry trends and developments. Identify potential client issues and develop strategies for resolution. Establish and maintain internal partnerships with other departments including Creative, Media, Digital, and Insights. Manage budget processes efficiently and effectively.
