Description Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level to Mid-Level Accountant to join our dynamic team. Assist in the preparation, examination, and analysis of financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with [GAAP/other relevant standards].

Prepare and process journal entries, reconcile accounts, and maintain the general ledger.

Support month-end and year-end close processes by ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Prepare account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and propose adjustments when necessary.

Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and managing payment schedules.

Conduct financial data entry and maintain financial systems and records.

Generate routine financial reports and summaries for management.

Support internal and external audits by gathering documentation and assisting in procedural reviews.

Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and best practices.

Collaborate with team members across departments to maintain accurate reporting and enhance internal processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

0–3+ years of relevant accounting experience (internship experience will be considered).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Progress toward certification such as CPA, CMA, or other relevant designations.

Experience with ERP systems or other financial platforms is a plus.

Working knowledge of financial statement preparation and analysis.
