Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounting Specialist to join our team in the Denver Metro, area. The primary function of this role will be to manage accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, billing, and invoices within our telecom provider industry.Responsibilities: Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring all employees are paid on time Handle billing functions, ensuring all invoices are sent out in a timely manner and payments are received Utilize accounting software systems to manage and track financial data Use Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets and reports for financial tracking Check processing and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of payments Use ADP - Financial Services for processing financial transactions and managing accounts Utilize Concur for travel and expense management Use Great Plains (GPAC) for managing business accounts and financial processes Maintain accurate customer credit records and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Experience in ADP - Financial Services Familiarity with Concur Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) Expertise in Microsoft Excel Understanding of Accounting Functions Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Knowledge of Billing Functions Capability in Check Processing Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
