Description Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with a service based organization in N. Denver in search of an Accounts Receivable Clerk! The Accounts Receivable Clerk position is paying $50,000-$55,000!The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for the following:
Full cycle AR
Processing of daily invoices for customers
Process payments from customers' as well as deposits through our online banking system
Process and prepare FedEx and UPS invoicing for Accounts Payable
Reconciling bank statements for both operating account as well as the credit card accounts
Run drop ship reports
Reconcile customer accounts
Run Statements monthly and place collections calls timely
Assist with month-end reconciliation
Set up new accounts and run credit checks for D& B record
Make collections calls and emails weekly to stay on top of customer accounts
Assist with answering phones and transfer through our switchboard online
Requirements for the Accounts Receivable Clerk include:
1+ years of accounts receivable experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
