The candidate will operate, test, and integrate new systems in support of ABI activities. This position will work closely with customers and engage with diverse system end users and mission partners. This role will apply a collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions. As an ABI Engineer, the candidate will evaluate customer operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters, and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces.Required Skills/Experience:Specific Program Domain KnowledgeExcellent presentation/communication skillsDirect experience with National level intelligence disciplines and be able to effectively incorporate into them into strategy developmentFamiliar with ISR TCOED processes from both a tactical and strategic perspectiveFamiliar with SENTIENT instrumentsSelf-starter with minimal interventionAble to multi-task with constant changing prioritiesProficient in the overseeing multiple simultaneous projectsAn active and in-scope U.S. TS/SCI security clearance with C.I. polygraphDesired Skills/Experience:Familiar with Discrepancy reporting resourcesFamiliar with sense making instruments and data inputs availableSome knowledge of data analytic toolTypically Required Education:Typically requires a Bachelor's degree (STEM preferred) and typically 2 years' of prior relevant experience or equivalent experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.Employee Referral Award Eligibility: Only employees currently within RMD and RIS have the potential to receive a Referral Award for submitting a referral to RMD and RI S roles. ALL eligibility requirements must be met to receive the Referral Awarding.Not Relocation Eligible - Relocation assistance not available The salary range for this role is 62,000 USD - 124,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
