What We Are Currently Looking For:
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - SIMPSON HOUSING CORPORATE OFFICES - DENVER, CO (Denver Tech Center)This key member of our regional executive team will be responsible for the following:- Providing administrative support to our regional executive and management team
- Collecting and preparing information for executive meetings including creating PowerPoint presentations
- This position will be the "go to" resource for creating business correspondence, operations reporting, file maintenance and retention, supply inventory, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, etc.
- This position will also assist with the onboarding of new employees and will prepare commission and bonus worksheets for payroll processing
- Providing administrative project support for designated region as required
Qualifications:
Candidates who apply should have:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required. Some college or specialized training is preferred.
- 4+ years of related administrative experience in a corporate environment
- Experience providing administrative support to senior executives is highly desirable
- Strong experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience creating Excel sheets with pivot tables, mathematical and logic functions
- Experience creating large documents using the Styles formatting capabilities of MS Word
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
