Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a bilingual Administrative Assistant in the LONE TREE, Colorado area. The successful candidate will be part of a fast-paced environment, assisting with administrative duties. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our business, requiring strong organizational skills, the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls, and proficiency in various Microsoft Office applications.Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for inbound calls, providing excellent customer service. Conduct data entry tasks with accuracy, maintaining up-to-date and organized customer records. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for colleagues, ensuring efficient time management. Assist in the preparation and editing of documents using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly, ensuring customer inquiries are resolved. Support property managers as needed, demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic environment. Manage filing systems, ensuring documents are stored securely and can be retrieved easily. Utilize Quickbooks Online and Paylocity for various administrative tasks. Process PDF files, ensuring information is correctly captured and stored. Perform other administrative duties as required, demonstrating a detail-oriented approach.Requirements Bilingual -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience in answering inbound and outbound calls Excellent customer service skills Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy Able to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly Familiarity with scheduling appointments in a corporate setting Knowledge of Quickbooks Online and Paylocity is preferred but not required Experience in filing and organizing documents Ability to work with PDF files Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
