Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Denver, Colorado. This role is primarily focused on maintaining smooth office operations and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office, including reception area, common areas, kitchen, and breakrooms. Welcome guests upon their arrival at the office and guide them as needed. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, deliveries, and emails. Handle incoming phone calls, including screening and forwarding as appropriate. Keep track of office supplies inventory, place orders for new supplies as necessary, and confirm receipt of ordered supplies. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including setting up workstations and coordinating orientation sessions. Adhere to office policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure working environment. Organize local events and manage associated expenses within the allocated budget. Foster positive relationships with employees, vendors, and other stakeholders. Use Microsoft Office suite for various tasks, including data entry and scheduling appointments. This position requires skills in customer service, answering inbound calls, and email correspondence. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word is a must.
