related to - but not limited to - strategic innovation, operational process

improvement, and scaling IKC's business. Our projects are considered

high-priority work that provides DaVita with key analytical insights,

process improvements, and operational workflows.DaVita's IKC footprint is ever-growing, and the Business Operations team

is looking for an Analyst, Program Management who is eager to enable IKC's

success and operational scalability. We are looking for a team player who can

help improve our technical, operational, and reporting capabilities in

order to drive IKC's Management Accuracy initiatives.The ideal candidate will possess the analytical skills (Excel, SQL

preferred) and attention to detail necessary to develop new workflows,

streamline existing processes, and deliver key analytical insights. In

addition to strong analytical skills the ideal candidate will also possess the

ability to communicate and collaborate effectively, take initiative, and

navigate ambiguity as new business needs are identified.The Analyst will work on a team consisting of Managers, Analysts, and

Coordinators and will collaborate cross-functionally with other teams and key

leaders throughout IKC.This role can be remote or hybrid in-person for Denver.Key Responsibilities:The following duties and responsibilities reflect the expectations of this

position but are not intended to be all inclusive.

Gain a strong understanding of IKC's complex operational logic and use your

expertise to drive process efficiency and improvement within the Business

Operations team's KPIs

Support and lead the development, implementation, and continuous

improvement of analysis that will drive operational workflows and provide key

insights to IKC leadership

Collaborate closely with teammates across lanes (e.g., leadership, care

teams, corporate partners) to drive operational and clinical results

Provide regular, efficient communication to team leadership and other

stakeholders

Other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's Degree strongly preferred, high school diploma or equivalent

required

1-3 years of experience in data analysis required; healthcare experience

preferred

Advanced Excel skillset required; SQL experience preferred

Excellent attention to detail, advanced critical thinking, flexibility
