We are seeking a thorough, detail-oriented, and organized Apartment Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and professionalism of our apartment building. The ideal candidate will efficiently clean apartments to a high standard, manage a schedule for the entire building, and ensure all areas remain presentable at all times.

- Perform detailed cleaning of apartments

- Manage and adhere to a cleaning schedule for the entire building.

- Ensure a professional appearance and upkeep of all common areas and units.

- Work efficiently to complete tasks within the allotted 20-hour workweek.

- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management.

Requirements:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Previous cleaning experience preferred

- Reliable and professional demeanor.

- Reliable transportation

- Hourly wage of $17.

- Bonuses provided for each unit cleaned.
